From a scant mintage of 1,120 coins very few survive in high grade. The present example boasts wonderful originality with an overall honey-gold color, complimented by deeper orange peel tints on the obverse periphery. Essentially free of detectable wear, save for the tiniest, thin pin scratch at 9 o'clock on the obverse. An important rarity for the refined collection.
