1921-D Gem BU Morgan Silver Dollar PCGS MS64 CAC Gold Label. Full Luster with hard-to-find Rainbow Obverse Toning!

A spectacular colorful toned Gem BU PCGS MS64 CAC Gold Label 1921-D Morgan Silver Dollar with full cartwheel luster, original surfaces, and rarely seen rainbow obverse toning with shades of violet, red, orange, green and yellow. Color like this on 1921 Morgan Dollars is very scarce, even more so for Denver mint 1921s. The 1921 Morgan dollar planchets were prepared differently than those from 1878 to 1904, which explains the relative rarity of toned 1921 Morgan dollars. Surface preservation appears Premium Quality for the MS64 assigned grade with a full strike and minimal surface chatter for the grade. The coin was awarded the coveted Gold Sticker from CAC, indicating that the coin is undergraded by at least one point. With the color and surface preservation on this coin, it would not look out of place in a 66 holder in my opinion.
